Privacy Policy

Enrestec Inc. (“Enrestec”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, process, use and protect personal data when you use this website (www.enrestec.com.tw). It also covers quote requests handled through this website by our subsidiary Upcycle.

1. Data we collect

  • Data you give us: name, company, job title, email, phone, country or region and your message, entered in our contact, plant-enquiry and waste-quote forms, plus any waste photos you upload.
  • Data generated automatically: IP address, browser type and time of visit recorded by our server. IP addresses are also used to block form spam.
  • Cookies and analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits, traffic sources and pages viewed. These cookies are not used to identify you personally. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on; the site will still work.

2. Why we use it

We use personal data to answer your enquiries and serve customers, to prepare and perform contracts, to send information about the products or services you asked about, for shareholder services and investor relations, to handle internship and job applications, and to keep the website secure. Data is used by Enrestec and its subsidiary Upcycle, in Taiwan and in the regions where we do business.

3. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or longer where the law requires (for example waste-management and tax records). After that it is deleted or no longer processed.

4. Sharing

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only:

  • with our subsidiary and with service providers we need to handle your request (such as web hosting, email and Google Analytics), who must protect it;
  • where required by law or by a court or competent authority;
  • where needed to protect the rights, safety or property of Enrestec, our users or the public.

5. Security

The whole site is served over HTTPS. Form data and uploaded photos are stored on an access-controlled server; the photo folder cannot be browsed publicly and only authorised staff can view it.

6. Your rights

Under Article 3 of Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act you may ask to access or receive a copy of your data, to supplement or correct it, to have its collection, processing or use stopped, or to have it deleted. Providing data is voluntary, but we may not be able to reply if required fields are left blank.

7. Contact

To exercise these rights or ask about this policy, email info@enrestec.com.tw or call +886-8-866-3546 (Administration Department). We will respond within the period required by law.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as laws or our business change. Updates take effect when posted on this page.
