Enrestec is committed to respecting and promoting the human rights of all employees and stakeholders. We adhere to international human rights standards, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and ensure that our operations do not infringe on human rights.

In 2025 there were no incidents of discrimination, sexual harassment, child labor, violation of freedom of association, or infringement of indigenous rights, and no labor-related complaints or penalties. All new employees completed human rights training, including sexual harassment prevention. Enrestec was also recognized by the Council of Indigenous Peoples for outstanding employment of indigenous people.
