Following international risk management principles, we regularly identify and assess operational, financial, compliance and information security risks, and take appropriate control and improvement measures to reduce their impact on the Company and its stakeholders.

We are committed to continuously improving our risk management processes, raising risk awareness among employees, and ensuring safe and sustainable operations through oversight and continuous improvement.

Risk management is overseen by the Sustainability and Risk Management Committee under the Board of Directors, with climate-related risks and opportunities identified with reference to the TCFD framework.
